AUDI has confirmed its prepared to go after the hi-po electric-SUV market in three years with its first mass-produced full-electric car 2018 Audi E-tron Quattro – Concept.
Dubbed Q6 by the European motoring media, coupe-style crossover e-tron wagon would be shown in concept form at next month’s Frankfurt motor show.
Exterior and Interior
Audi is calling the car e-tron quattro, meaning it has a shape of all-wheel drive that, rather than the customary driveshaft and differential arrangement, has electric motor on the front and back axles driving all wheel in what Audi calls ‘electrified quattro’. On the design feature, the front end is new featuring L-shaped head lights and what might be Audi’s new grille design. Body cladding as well as a sloping roofline additional accentuates the bulky characteristic.
